"My family and I have been eating Marion's gluten-free treats for several years because my daughter has autism. We are so pleased that Marion has now come out with Marion's Smart Delights Cookie and Muffin Mix. My daughters think that Marion's mix tastes better than the other gluten-free mixes we have used, and I like it because it is nutritious and wholesome. 

I made pumpkin chocolate chip muffins - I added a box of pumpkin pie filling, a handful of chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and two tablespoons of almond meal. I also used only 1/2 stick of butter."

"I am so pleased that Marion has created a wonderfully tasting nutritious alternative to the ones I find on the market. Before being diagnosed with celiac disease in Spring 2009, all of my carbohydrates were whole wheat, whole grains, brown rice, etc. I did not eat white flour and sugar products. Fiber is critical to my diet being that I struggle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome also. I was disappointed at all the starchy white flour alternatives on the store shelves and in the freezers.
