"My family and I have been eating Marion's gluten-free treats for several years because my daughter has autism. We are so pleased that Marion has now come out with Marion's Smart Delights Cookie and Muffin Mix. I made pumpkin chocolate chip muffins - I added a box of pumpkin pie filling, a handful of chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and two tablespoons of almond meal. I also used only 1/2 stick of butter."
