GF Cookie & Muffin Baking Mix - Ingredients and Allergen Information

Ingredients:

Baking mix (rice flour, tapioca starch, Expandex® modified tapioca starch, rice protein), whole grain millet flour, sugar, whole grain amaranth flour, potato starch, whole grain quinoa flour, arrowroot starch, natural flavor, sea salt, inulin.

Cookie mix sugar content has been lowered from 12g to 3g per serving. Prepared muffin sugar content has been lowered from 11g to 6g per serving.

 

Allergen Information:

Free of gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, and egg. Manufactured in a GFCO-certified, dedicated gluten-free facility free of wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish, and egg.
